National
One agreement for the national organization and the chapters or posts under it. Quoted, from a fixed formula. Also for any roster above 25,000 members.

Example: 50 activated chapters is $3,600 plus $5,400, or $9,000 a year.
An activated chapter is one that schedules at least one election in the year. A chapter that runs nothing is not billed. National is arranged with us directly; tell us how your chapters are organized.

Billing
Questions about billing.
We only vote once a year. What should we buy?
A single election. At every roster size one election costs less than the annual plan, so there is no reason to subscribe for a single vote.
If you later decide to run a second vote, buy an annual plan within 60 days and the single-election charge is credited against it in full (once per association).
What counts as a member? What counts as a voter?
For annual and monthly plans, members are the people on your roster who could be asked to vote. Choose the band that fits your roster size.
For a single election, voters are the eligible voters frozen when the election is scheduled. Members without a usable email still count: they remain in the eligibility denominator, which is the point.
What if our roster grows past the band?
Move up to the band that fits; it takes effect immediately, so the election can be scheduled the same day. On a monthly plan the new price applies from your next month. On an annual plan you pay only the difference for the part of the term that is left. Moving down applies from your next term and does not create a credit.
Do you have a program for VSO posts?
Yes. A 501(c)(19) organization pays $174 a year for up to 250 members instead of $230. Tick the box and give your EIN when you sign up; we check it before your first invoice, and the trial starts straight away.
Are there pilot or founding-member arrangements?
One, with fixed terms. The first 20 associations get 50 percent off their first term, at list price from renewal, in exchange for a reference call. Write to info@yost.group to ask for a seat. We do not negotiate other discounts, which is why the prices are published.
How are we billed?
Annual plans are billed once for the year, charged as 10 months. Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month. A single election is billed when it is scheduled, since that is when the eligible voter count is frozen.
The price of your plan is locked when you activate it; a later change to this page does not reprice you. You receive an invoice and receipt by email for every charge. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
Can we cancel?
A first annual term has a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that an annual plan runs to the end of the paid year and does not renew if you cancel. Monthly plans cancel any time and end at the close of the current month.
A single-election charge is non-refundable once the election has opened; refunds for elections that never ran are at our discretion.
Does the trial limit features?
No. Every feature is on. The only limit is 50 eligible voters per election scheduled during the trial, which is enough for a board or committee vote.
