How most posts run it now.
- The adjutant emails a ballot to the roster and tallies replies by hand. Half the replies go to the wrong thread.
- Eligibility is whoever the secretary remembers is in good standing. The lapsed member who voted is found afterward.
- Nominations happen from the floor. Nobody records who consented, and one nominee finds out at the meeting.
- The result is a line in the minutes. When a member questions it, the evidence is a spreadsheet on one laptop.

Our members are not technical. Will they manage?
They receive an email with a button, tap it, and vote. There is no account to create and no password. A member without an email is listed for you so an officer can help them another way.
Can only current officers vote on some things?
Yes. The voter rule can be limited by office held, for example only current Regional Commanders, and each contest can be limited to a region or group.
Is the trial enough to try a real vote?
Yes. Every feature is on for 50 eligible voters per election during the trial, which covers a committee or board vote. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
How do we prove we are a 501(c)(19)?
Give your EIN at signup. We check it before your first invoice; it never holds up the trial.
