Yes. The annual plan is priced on roster size, not on the number of elections.
Can staff run it, or must a volunteer?
Either. Roles separate the manager who configures, the certifier who signs off, and the auditor who reads. Your executive director, a committee chair, and an outside auditor can each have exactly the access they need.
What does the audit file contain?
The frozen eligibility list, the ballot definition and its hash, every nomination and consent, every approval with who and when, turnout, the certified tally, and every administrative action. Ballots are stored without any link to the member who cast them.
Can we try it on a committee first?
Yes. The trial runs real elections with up to 50 eligible voters, with every feature on.
